# Uninstallation

#### Follow these steps for uninstalling the app. First open the settings.

#### Open Apps Section

Go to your store's **Admin → Apps** page, where all installed apps are listed.

#### &#x20;Select Uninstall

Click the **three-dot menu (⋯)** beside the app name and choose **Uninstall**.

#### Confirmation Popup Appears

A confirmation dialog oopens.explaining:

* The app will **no longer be usable**.
* Any **associated discounts or features may be removed**.
* The developer may receive a **request to delete customer data within 48 hours**.
* There’s an **optional feedback field** for your uninstall reason.

#### Provide Feedback (Optional)

You can select a reason (like "hard to set up" or "hard to use") and add comments.

#### Final Removal

Click **Uninstall** to complete the process.\
The app will then disappear from the installed apps list.
