# Fields

#### Click on "Add Field" to add fields.

#### Supported Field Types

The Custom Fields widget supports multiple input types to handle a wide range of data formats:

* **Text** – Single-line text input for short responses
* **Textarea** – Multi-line input for longer descriptions or notes
* **Email** – Validated email address input
* **Number** – Numeric input for quantities or identifiers
* **Radio** – Single-choice selection from predefined options
* **Checkbox** – Multiple-choice selection
* **Date Field** – Date selection input
* **Dropzone** – File upload field for documents or images
* **Money Field** – Currency-based numeric input
* **Toggle** – On/Off switch for binary values
* **URL** – Web address input
* **Dropdown** – Select menu with predefined options
* **Password** – Secure input for sensitive information
* **Phone** – Phone number input with formatting
