Here, you can set up the custom fields.

Custom Fields Overview

Custom fields allow you to collect additional customer information beyond default profile details. You can create, manage, and display these fields in a structured way to support personalization, verification, and operational needs.

Custom fields are shown within the customer profile area and can be fully configured from the Custom Field Dashboard.


Custom Field Dashboard

The Custom Field Dashboard is the central place to manage all custom field functionality.

From here, you can:

  • Access custom field settings

  • Manage translations

  • Follow the setup guide

  • Create and manage custom fields

This dashboard helps ensure custom fields are correctly configured before being shown to customers.


Setup Guide

The Setup Guide provides a checklist to help you activate Custom Fields correctly.

The steps include:

  • Adding the custom field block to the profile section

  • Managing custom field settings

  • Adding your first custom field

Each completed step is marked automatically, helping you track setup progress.


Custom Fields List

This section displays all created custom fields.

If no fields exist, an empty state is shown with a prompt to add your first custom field. This ensures clarity for new users and guides them toward the next action.

You can:

  • Add new fields

  • Sort existing fields

  • Manage field visibility


Adding a New Custom Field

To create a custom field, click Add Field. You will be prompted to select a field type.


Field Type Selection

You can choose from multiple field types depending on the data you want to collect, including:

  • Text

  • Textarea

  • Email

  • Number

  • Radio

  • Checkbox

  • Date

  • Dropdown

  • Toggle

  • Phone

  • URL

  • Password

  • Money

  • Dropzone

Selecting the correct field type ensures accurate data collection and improves the customer experience.


Create Field Form

After selecting a field type, you can configure the field details.

Field Label

The field label defines how the field appears to customers. This is a required field and should be clear and descriptive.


Field Options

You can configure additional field behavior using the following options:

Minimum Length / Maximum Length Define character limits for text-based fields.

Prefix / Suffix Add text before or after the input value, such as units or identifiers.

Required Field Marks the field as mandatory, preventing form submission without a value.

Full Width Field Expands the field to occupy the full available width, improving readability for longer inputs.


Field Preview

The Preview panel shows how the field will appear to customers in real time. This allows you to validate layout and labeling before saving the field.
