Dashboard Settings – KPI Matrices

The KPI Matrices section controls high-level dashboard widgets that provide customers with a quick overview of their account activity.

You can enable or disable individual widgets, including

  • Total Orders

  • Store Credit

  • Wishlist Items

These widgets give customers an at-a-glance summary of key account metrics and help improve overall dashboard clarity.

Recent Order Section

The Recent Order section shows customers their most recent orders directly on the dashboard.

You can enable or disable this section and define how many recent orders are visible. This gives customers quick visibility into their latest purchases without navigating to the full order history page.

This section is especially useful for order tracking and quick reference.

Buy Again Section

The Buy Again section allows customers to quickly reorder products they have purchased before.

When enabled, this section displays recommended products based on past orders. You can control:

  • The display layout

  • The maximum number of items shown

This feature helps improve repeat purchases by reducing friction in the reordering process.

Wishlist Section

The Wishlist section controls how saved products are displayed on the customer dashboard.

When enabled, customers can view items they have previously added to their wishlist. You can configure:

  • The display layout (for example, grid view)

  • The maximum number of items shown on the dashboard

Limiting the number of items helps keep the dashboard clean while still providing quick access to saved products.


Profile Card

The Profile Card section allows you to manage how customer profile information is displayed on the dashboard. This includes profile fields, preferences, and customer-related information.

You can enable or disable the Profile section using the toggle. When enabled, customers can view and manage their profile details directly from their dashboard, improving account accessibility and usability.

This section is typically used to give customers quick access to personal information without navigating away from the dashboard.
