Exceptionals allow you to add specific customer IDs or order IDs to be excluded from the rule's execution. This means that if an order or customer matches the conditions but is listed as an exception, the rule will not be applied to them. Here's how you can utilize Exceptionals efficiently:
Go to the exceptionals from Header menu or form the Dashboard.
You can add exceptionals by entering customer IDs or order IDs. Only these two identifiers are supported for exceptions.
If you want to add multiple exceptionals, separate them using commas (,). For example, if you have three customer IDs to exclude, enter them as "CustomerID1, CustomerID2, CustomerID3". You can also press enter after adding IDs.
After adding the customer IDs or order IDs as exceptionals, save the settings to apply the changes.
