Order Cancellation Translations

The Order Cancellation Translations section allows merchants to customize and localize all customer-facing texts related to order cancellation. This helps provide a consistent experience for customers in different languages.

Default Text Displays the system’s default labels and messages used in the order cancellation flow. These serve as reference values and cannot be edited directly.

Language Selection Merchants can select a language to translate from the language dropdown. The selected language becomes active on the storefront for customers using that locale.

Custom Translations Each field allows merchants to enter translated text for key cancellation elements such as:

• Cancel Order button label

• Subheadline confirmation message

• Cancellation reason labels

• Success and error messages

• Refund-related messages

Cancellation Reasons Translation Predefined cancellation reasons can be translated individually. This ensures customers see reasons in their preferred language when canceling an order.

Real-Time Overrides Once saved, the translated text replaces the default content on the storefront for the selected language, without affecting other languages.
