Radio button

Create Field – Radio Button

The radio button field allows customers to select one option from a predefined list. It is ideal for choices where only a single answer is allowed.

Field Label *

Defines the main question or heading shown to customers.

Example values:

  • Delivery Preference

  • Select Size

  • Account Type

This label should clearly describe what the customer is choosing.

Edit Field Label (Options)

These fields define the selectable options shown under the radio buttons.

Label for Option 1 Example:

  • Standard Delivery

Label for Option 2 Example:

  • Express Delivery

You can click Add Field to add more options as needed (e.g., Option 3, Option 4).

Edit Field Option

Display Type

Controls how the radio buttons are displayed.

  • Inline – Options appear side by side.

  • Stacked – Options appear one below another.

Recommended: Use stacked when you have longer option labels.

Allow Multiple Selection

When enabled, customers can select more than one option.

⚠️ Note: If enabled, the field behaves like a checkbox instead of a traditional radio button.

Required Field

When enabled, customers must select at least one option before proceeding.

Recommended for: Mandatory choices such as delivery method or account type.

Make Field Full Width

Expands the field to occupy the full available width.

Recommended for: Improved readability and mobile-friendly layouts.

Preview Section

Displays a real-time preview of how the radio button field will appear to customers.

Example Preview:

  • Delivery Preference ○ Standard Delivery ○ Express Delivery

When to Use Radio Button Fields

Use radio buttons when customers must choose one clear option from a small set of choices, such as preferences, categories, or selections that should not overlap.
