After clicking on "Add Field," you can add multiple fields to add to the customer profile.
Add a textarea field.

Field Label
What to fill: A short, descriptive name shown to users.
Example: Bio or Additional Information
Explanation: This tells users what type of information they should enter in the field.
Preview
What it shows: A live view of how the field appears to customers.
Example text shown: Write here…
Explanation: Helps you quickly confirm the label, size, and usability before saving the field.
Min Length
What to fill: Minimum number of characters required.
Example: 10
Explanation: Ensures users provide enough detail. Useful when short answers are not acceptable.
Max Length
What to fill: Maximum number of characters allowed.
Example: 300
Explanation: Prevents overly long input and keeps responses concise and manageable.
Number of Rows
What to fill: Visible height of the textarea.
Example: 3
Explanation: Controls how many lines are visible by default. More rows are better for longer content like notes or descriptions.
Required Field
When to enable: The user must fill this field to continue.
Example: Enabled for Reason for Cancellation
Explanation: Ensures important information is always collected.
Make this field full width
When to enable: If the field should span the entire form width.
Example: Enabled for Bio or Comments
Explanation: Improves readability and user experience for longer text input.
