After clicking on "Add Field," you can add multiple fields to add to the customer profile.

  • Open Text Field.

Field Label

What to enter: The name shown to customers. Example: Full Name Explanation: This is the visible label of the field. It should clearly describe what information the customer needs to enter.


Preview

What it shows: A live preview of how the field will look to customers. Example: Label: Name Value preview: Taylor Explanation: This helps you verify the appearance before saving the field. It updates automatically based on your settings.


Min Length

What to enter: Minimum number of characters allowed. Example: 2 Explanation: Ensures the customer enters enough information. Useful for names, addresses, or identifiers.


Max Length

What to enter: Maximum number of characters allowed. Example: 50 Explanation: Prevents users from entering overly long values and helps keep data clean and consistent.


Prefix

What to enter: Text that appears before the user input. Example: Mr. or +91 Explanation: Commonly used for titles, country codes, or fixed values that appear before the input.


Suffix

What to enter: Text that appears after the user input. Example: kg, cm, or USD Explanation: Helpful when collecting values with units or standard formats.


Required Field

When to enable: If the field must be filled before submission. Example: Enabled for Email Address Explanation: Ensures critical information is always collected and prevents incomplete submissions.


Make this field full width

When to enable: If the field should span the entire row. Example: Enabled for Address or Additional Notes Explanation: Improves readability for longer inputs and enhances the overall layout.
