Welcome to your Insureful dashboard! Here, you can access real-time analytics and manage your orders, claims, and email templates with ease.

Dashboard Overview

From the dashboard, you can see key analytics at a glance:

  • Total Orders with Insurance: The total number of orders that include insurance.

  • Insurance Revenue: The total amount you’ve received from insurance.

  • Total Refund Amounts: The total amount refunded through insurance claims.

Total Sales and Refunds

Check out the graph to see the revenue generated from total sales and refunds over time. This visual representation helps you track and analyze your overall earnings and refund trends.

Order Details

You can also view the details of an order by clicking on the order number in the "Order No." column. This will show you all relevant information about the selected order.

Viewing Orders

In the "Orders" menu, you’ll find all orders that include insurance products. This section allows you to:

  • Filter Orders by Date: Easily find orders within a specific date range.

  • Search by Order Number: Quickly locate a specific order by entering its order number.

  • Filter Orders by Claim Status: Quickly locate orders based on their claim status.

  • In the Orders section, use the Claim Status dropdown menu on the left side of the screen. Select your preferred status option—such as Approved, In Progress, Canceled, Partially Approved, or Requested—based on your requirement.

  • The system will automatically filter and display only the orders that match the selected claim status. Review the filtered list to quickly locate your specific order.

Manage Claims

In the “Manage Claims” page, you can see all the orders for which customers have requested a claim. This section helps you review, filter, and manage customer claims efficiently.

  • Filter Claims by Date: Find claims submitted within a specific date range.

  • Filter Claims by Numbers: Easily locate submitted claims based on their order numbers.

  • View Claim Details: See detailed information about each claim, including customer information and claim reasons.

Default Templates

The app comes with 5 default email templates that are used to communicate with both customers and admins. These templates cover various scenarios and ensure consistent and professional communication.
