An insurance-related event occurs in Insureful
(e.g., insurance added, claim initiated, claim resolved).
Insureful sends the event data securely to the connected Klaviyo account via API.
Klaviyo records the event as a metric.
That metric triggers a Klaviyo Flow (email or internal notification).
The flow runs automatically, delivering the right message at the right time.
This removes the need for manual emails and improves the post-purchase customer experience.

When a customer submits a claim, Klaviyo can:

How to Integrate Klaviyo with Insureful
Follow the steps below to connect Klaviyo with Insureful.
Step 1 – Generate API Keys in Klaviyo
Log in to your Klaviyo Dashboard
Click your profile icon (bottom-left)
Go to Settings → API Keys
Under Private API Keys, click Create Private API Key
Enter a name, e.g., Insureful
Select Full Access
Click Create and copy the Private API Key
Copy the Public API Key from the same page
You will need both keys in the next step.
Step 2 – Connect Klaviyo in Insureful
Open your Insureful Dashboard
Navigate to Settings → Integrations
Find Klaviyo under Marketing Integrations
Click Activate
Paste: Private API Key
Click Connect
Once connected, Insureful will begin sending insurance-related event data to Klaviyo automatically.
Step 3 – Available Insureful Events in Klaviyo

Step 4 – Create Flows in Klaviyo
Go to Flows → Create Flow
Select Build Your Own
Name your flow
Example: “Claim Requested Email For Customer”
Choose Your Metrics
Select the relevant Insureful metric
Confirm the trigger
Step 5 – Design Your Email
Add an email action to your flow and customize:

Save and enable the flow.
